Office 365 Can Now Amp Up Your Business
Business owners and entrepreneurs everywhere should hear this out. Microsoft has released Office 365 Business, a collection of apps that were designed to help boost your business. All you need is an Office 365 Business Premium license and subscription to be able to access the business apps, and after that, the admin will have to set the permission for their employees to be able to use the apps.

Microsoft Listings
Naturally, businesses would only thrive when people know about them and where to find them. Microsoft Listings can help with this problem, especially in boosting the business’ online visibility. If you want your business to be seen on Facebook, Google, Yelp, or Bing, this app can help you do just that with just a few clicks of a button. Since most people are always online in today’s generation, and Google is mostly their friend when trying to find businesses that offer up the service that they want, having an online presence can help a lot. Imagine your business going viral on the internet in a positive way; your business will be known to people all over the world.
Outlook Customer Manager
The Customer Manager is an add-in for Outlook and was made especially for strengthening customer-business owner relationships. Because aside from the basic Outlook functionalities, the Customer Manager version can show the communication history with your clients and it manages and connects your activities to your customers, deals, or company so you would have an easier time finding them.
Microsoft Connections
As the name suggests, this app is built for making new connections by creating campaigns and referrals. In Connections, you have these campaign type options: make an announcement or ask for a referral. You even have the option to offer up coupon codes to your prospects.
Microsoft Invoicing
This app will let you create, customize, and send invoices to customers and your customers can pay you conveniently through PayPal by clicking the “Pay Now” button in the invoices.
Microsoft Bookings
You won’t need a secretary anymore to help you manage and book appointments with this app. You can publish your appointment calendar online, and customers can book appointments all by themselves. Having an online booking is very convenient for your customers since people are almost always on the internet nowadays and they wouldn’t have to pick up their phones to call or drop by your place just to book an appointment.
