2017 Events With The Most Awesome Team

The year 2017 was worth remembering for Team Awesome especially for me as a Scrum Master. As I started working at Portal Integrators, there are many events and celebrations that the team is up to. Those things help us to get to know more and help us to have a strong bond with each other. It is fun to go such places with the people you’re enjoyed with.

Those are the events that sum up my 2017 with Team Awesome. It was a great experience to be part of Portal Integrators with this genuine people. I’m thankful to experience those with them because they are fun to be with.

I was employed here in June 2017 and a month later, for the first time, in July I have attended a seminar with them. That seminar helps us to build a better relationship with each other and makes us a stronger team. Seminar’s topic was about work environment; it’s positive characteristic and about the work culture. After the seminar, the team as well as me learning a valuable lesson. The same month, a week after, Team Awesome had a Barbeque Party at Morning Breeze Resort located Calamba City Laguna. It was a great time to unwind and have fun. We have done their many things like singing in videoke, playing games and especially swimming in the pool. The party was a blast and everyone value each other’s interest.

October was my favorite, because, during this month, I get a chance to go in Singapore with Gen. Our flight date was my birthday, so it is the best gift for me. We had to go to Singapore to attend a seminar from Google about Accelerated Mobile Pages. It was a great experience during that time. A day after we arrived in Manila, we had the second seminar, and the topic was about communication. During this seminar, we learned the essence of communicating most especially in work.

In August, Team Awesome went to Asia Pop Comicon happened at SMX Convention Center. We had fun in this event, and the inner kid in us comes out. We enjoyed seeing different cosplayers, and we even had pictures with them.

For the last month in the year 2017, which is December, like most of the companies, we had preparations for Christmas, and we also celebrated the Christmas Party. We just ate at a restaurant and bought gifts for each one of us. We had this event in a simple yet memorable one.

Those are the events that sum up my 2017 with Team Awesome. It was a great experience to be part of Portal Integrators with this genuine people. I’m thankful to experience those with them because they are fun to be with.
